My Approach to Email Campaigns and Workflows
I take a strategic, data-first approach to email campaigns and workflows. I prioritize list health, segmentation, and lifecycle stage before building any campaign. From there, I design automated workflows that support acquisition, nurture, re-engagement, and retention, ensuring each touchpoint is relevant to where the contact is in the funnel. I monitor performance beyond open rates—looking at clicks, replies, conversions, and pipeline—and continuously test subject lines, timing, and messaging to improve results. My goal is to create scalable email systems that drive engagement and revenue, not just sends.

Re-Engagement Strategy
I built a re-engagement campaign for customers who hadn’t used our services in over a year. We created a three-email sequence focused on personalized outreach and a feedback survey to understand why they went inactive. The response rate was strong, and we learned that direct, personalized emails with urgency-driven subject lines drove more replies than link clicks. By analyzing the feedback, we identified gaps in the customer journey and adjusted our approach. The campaign ultimately reactivated more than 30% of dormant customers, turning it into both a research and revenue-generating initiative.
